Kistler LBL Range Beam Welding Machine

The LBL is a dedicated machine designed for the continuous production of welded I and T Beams, either parallel or tapered. The LBL operates with the Web plate in the vertical position.

No tack weld welding is required except at the leading edge after the Web has been aligned on the center line of the Flange. Initially, the Web and first Flange are fed into the LBL machine, and the welding is carried out simultaneously from both sides of the Web over the full length of the Beam.

After completion of the first Flange welding, the section is turned 180°and the alignment and welding operation is repeated with the second Flange. Bigger versions of this machine are available as well, please contact us.

Auditable, deliverable, measurable and evidence-based metrics will be provided so your strategic team can calculate the ROI, capacity increase and man-hours reduced from a Kistler LBL Range Beam Welding Machine. SMS will evaluate your current position and ongoing strategy, we will then assess any gaps to successfully deliver to your business and your clients.
