Kistler VBL Range Beam Welding Machine
The VBL machine was designed for the series production of welded I and T beams, both parallel and tapered. All machines in the VBL series work with the bridge in a vertical position. Apart from a small tack point in the inlet area, no tack welding is required if the web has been aligned centrally to the flange.
First, the bar and the first flange are processed by the VBL machine by simultaneously welding the beam on both sides. After the welding of the first flange has been completed, the workpiece is rotated by 180 ° and the welding process is repeated with the second flange.
Auditable, deliverable, measurable and evidence-based metrics will be provided so your strategic team can calculate the ROI, capacity increase and man-hours reduced from a Kistler VBL Range Beam Welding Machine. SMS will evaluate your current position and ongoing strategy, we will then assess any gaps to successfully deliver to your business and your clients.
