Product Description


Twin cylinder, downstroking hydraulic pressbrake with mechanical synchronism of hydraulic cylinders (Y1, Y2) and precise rear gauging system. NC (Numeric Control) of both axes and incorporating appropriate machine guarding equipment. Wired 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles supply, generally as described and illustrated in the attached brochure and to the following specifications.

CPB stands for 'Crowning Press Brake'. NCD means it has a Delem DA41 Controller so is programmable and the controller permits angle programming as a function of material thickness and the tooling library. The NCD also has ballscrew backgauge and servo motors for faster operation and better positional accuracy.  All machines are fitted with Lasersafe Guards.
These machines have a hydraulic Crowning System in the lower bed, by means of a three plate design and hydraulic cylinders acting on the centre plate with respect to the outer two plates.  To set the amount of crowning the operator will need to adjust the hydraulic valve associated with this, exactly as he would set the pressure for the pressbrake pressing force (a hand valve on the side frame of the machine with a corresponding pressure gauge).
