  • The DNF modle of machine is the most popular machine DAITO produce.
  • The DNF machine uses DAITO unique 3 axis indpendent drilling system.
  • The advantage of the drills working independant to each other is the drills can be drilling the flange whilst the top drill is still drilling the web.
  • DAITO uses measuring and in feed / out feed combined in the unit which avoids having to use the European gripping system which is slower, less accurate and takes up more workshop space. It will also alow the operator to feed material in from both directions.
  • By not using a gripping system the in feed rolls do not have to be undercover and can be alot more flexible by not using as much space required to accomodate for the 5m long gripping bar.
  • The DNF will clamp the material using the 1200kg of force on the pinch rolls and then use top and bottom clamps to support the product whilst the independant drills travel up to 550mm to drill the product.
  • The DNF can mark out cleat positions on all four sides of a H beam and in some instances the saw can be cutting whilst the H beam is being drilled.
  • The DAITO system is 1.5 times faster than the European design by clamping the product once to drill and mark the product using the indepenant drilling method.
