Daito DB3C Series Combined Drill Saw

High speed drilling    

  • Because of the center hole coolant supply, the drilling is of very high speed in addition to long tool life.

Drill feed by servo motor    

  • Together with both a servo motor and a ball screw, each drill feed is precise and stable; not affected by temperature unlike hydraulic system.

Automatic tool changer

  • Each drill unit has a tool magazine which can store max. 8 tools. For holes of different diameters, tapping and marking, the tool of each unit is replaced automatically.

Yoke roller

  • The yoke roller press every profile vertically to rectify possible work distortion.

Flange height gauge

  • Even for a distorted work, the flange height gauge measures the distortion from bottom to compensate the drilling positions.

Drilling / tapping / marking to each side of work

  • In addition to drilling, both tapping (6mm ~ 16mm) and marking are available to top / left / right side of a profile. By installing the optional reverse marking device, the reverse marking is available at a profile bottom.

The Daito DB3C5030 Drill Saw is a fully automatic combined machine for both drilling and sawing of every profile. As well as drilling and cutting the DB3C can handle numerous other labour intensive and time consuming tasks such as; tapping and marking. The bandsaw cut is very fast and versatile for both large and small profiles.
