Product Description
Optimizes Accuracy Movements and Reliable accuracy
- A closed-loop control system for the X, Y and Z axes with standard 1μm linear scales provided
- The rotary table is driven by an AC servo motor conducted with worm gear.
- Precise indexing of the rotary table in any increment is made automatically from the controller
- Maximum table load of 6000 kg is specified with pneumatic floating or roller support
- The robust and closed-type spindle head incorporates the spindle drive and feed mechanism
- The nose-type spindle head design improves cutter access to the work piece, ensuring consistent cutting with minimum spindle extension
- The spindle head moves accurately on the column, being guided by Linear Roller guide ways.
- The column is moveable mounted and fully supported on the carriage of the X axial bed and contains the mechanical counter balance for the spindle head. It also carries the ATC exchange mechanism.
- The cast iron stress relieved bed carries the saddle on six pad bearings and the
stationary column. No outriggers are used. The table is fully supported over Z travel.
