Auto Stacking Unit
Regardless of the speed and efficiency of your roll forming machine everything comes to a halt when the auto stacking is un available. In real terms the speed of the machine is not controlled by its through put but rather the ability to run the machine without pause. Specifically the auto staking unit allows the unskilled operators to seamless to feed rolls in while the machine handles auto stacking and exiting from the production line without any production line disruption. Your operator then only needs to despatch the completed products.

Description:
Fully automatic stacking unit for trapezoidal and similar profiles. The machine is alternatively provided either with feeding unit or with driven stacking rolls, as well as with automatic length stop, lifting table, cross conveyor and integrated control system. It can stack profiles of 1m to 24m length and optionally align them forwards, backwards or pyramidally.

Further on there is a possibility of to receive the sheet lengths from the main control system, or length measurement of the profiles to be stacked. That makes the equipment all-purpose – applicable for already existing machines and compatible with differing operation types.
